What is Citadea?
Citadea is the sovereign developer cloud — a fortress for modern web, web3 and agent workloads, operated by Yggdrasil Digital SASU from Toulouse, France.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU — Toulouse and Paris today, with an EU-wide PoP roadmap. Your keys and data never leave European jurisdiction.
Are you exposed to the US Cloud Act?
No. Citadea is a 100% European company with no US parent, so it falls outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act — unlike US hyperscalers and their EU subsidiaries.
EU AI Act compliant?
Yes — native compliance architecture with deployer/provider documentation on /trust.
Is Citadea SecNumCloud certified?
Not yet — qualification is in progress with a target of 2027. We never claim certifications we do not hold; the full timeline is on /trust.
How does pricing work?
Predictable monthly flat rates, not per-token roulette. Use the token-shock calculator on /pricing to compare against hyperscaler inference.
What about egress fees?
Predictable egress, priced upfront — no surprise hyperscaler bandwidth bills.
What is "token shock"?
The unpredictable invoice you get when per-token AI pricing meets a multi-agent reasoning loop. Citadea Neural and Agent Hosting use flat rates to remove it.
What is a micro-VM?
A Firecracker VM that boots in under 50 ms — VM-grade isolation at container speed.
Can I deploy a web app from git?
Yes — App Platform builds and deploys full-stack apps from a repository, with preview deployments and automatic HTTPS.
Do you support MCP?
Yes — a native MCP gateway is integrated into the edge for agent-to-system traffic.
Which AI models are supported?
Open-source models such as Llama and Mistral on dedicated LPUs via Citadea Neural.
Which chains do Nodes & RPC support?
Major EVM and non-EVM chains, with archive data, WebSocket and trace/debug. Dedicated or shared endpoints, EU-hosted.
How is RPC priced vs Alchemy/QuickNode?
Transparent per-request pricing with archive included — no opaque compute-unit or credit multipliers, and EU residency.
Can I migrate from OVH/Scaleway?
Yes — assisted migration for Enterprise. S3 compatibility and Terraform tooling make moves smooth.
Can I migrate from AWS?
S3-compatible storage and Terraform support ease migration from AWS and its sovereign cloud regions.
What is the support SLA?
15-minute tier-1 engineer response for Enterprise, 24/7/365 — a systems engineer, not a script.
How do I create an account?

Is there a CLI?
